About the Client

In the heart of one of England’s most historic cities, with views of Lancaster Castle, stands the Royal Kings Arms Hotel. Originally built in 1625 during the reign of Charles 1st, and then later rebuilt in 1879, the hotel was immortalized by Charles Dickens in his story of ‘The Lazy Tour Of Two Idle Apprentices’. This Grade II Listed Period hotel has 55 en suite bedrooms, includ- ing the luxury Castle Suite, with its four poster bed and views of the castle.

After an extensive refurbishment the hotel management company required a brochure that set out the investment oppportunities of hotel rooms. They needed the brochure to appeal to high net-worth investors and refelct the elegance and sophistication of the hotel.
